Utility companies must hate me.

Most of you know about my horrible experience with Comcast a couple of months ago. Now i've been dealing with AT&T for the last two weeks, just trying to get a change made to my service. It's been a nightmare. Now they have disconnected one of our phone lines and say they can't fix it for 5 - 7 days!! Are you SERIOUS!?!?!?

Does anyone out there have Vonage? ..... and do you like it? I am SO thinking of switching.

  1. Not too sure about Vonage - but you should check out this website. It's a USB device - that basically works like Vonage. However, there are no monthly fees. Might be worth trying before you go with Vonage?? It will give you a chance to pick the area code you need - I'm not sure about bringing your own number though??
