Exercise update... Day 16

I realize I hadn't checked in with my exercise updates in awhile.  Yes, I've been doing something everyday.  I have been utilizing my new exercise bike at home quite a bit.  "Faithful Workouts" has been my friend as well.  I'm heading to the gym as soon as I finish typing this post. 

Have I lost any weight?  Nope. Zero. I actually think I've gained a couple of pounds.  BUT... everyone says that the muscle I'm getting is causing that and if I continue, soon the fat will begin to melt off.  Ok fat... I'm waiting

I do feel like I have a bit more energy.... and I also feel like my brain is a little sharper.  Wasn't really expecting THAT, but I'll take it!   Could be an effect from all the water I've been drinking too.  Gotta keep the old brain hydrated, right? 

Ok... treadmill, here I come.  Day 16... done.

  1. Atta girl! I'm so proud of you!! Ken gave me a recumbent bike for my birthday last year and I LOVE it! I watch movies while I'm on it, read books . . . for me it's made all the difference. Did I mention how proud I am of you?!!!
