Yes, I truly do. I hate exercise. I stand in awe of the people who act like they genuinely like it. I mean.. really? You LIKE it??? WHY? I'm only on Day 3 of my exercise challenge and I'm already whining. I actually asked my husband to tell me that I'm fat and need to exercise to try and motivate me. Of course he declined to do so. Probably for fear that I would post "My husband just said I'm fat and need to exercise" as my Facebook status. He's no dummy....
Today I dragged my grumpy, exercise hating butt out into my sunroom for 30 minutes of "Total Body Sculpt with Gilad". Even the beautiful Gilad, telling me how proud he was that I was spending the next 30 minutes with him didn't make me happy to be there. I glared at Gilad as I did my squats, lunges and bicep curls. He didn't seem to mind. Oh well... I'm just hoping that at some point in this 31 days, I'm going to find myself seeing the benefits of my dedication and feeling good about all this. I'm just not there yet. Nowhere near it.
Any of you exercise freaks have any tips for me? Like tips on how to enjoy this process?? Please do share.
I wish I had tips but I'm just like you...not a fan of the exercise.

DeleteWell, the way I'm trying to hold myself accountable is by blogging everyday about it. If you decide to join in at some point you can also post on here what your exercise was each day. I have a couple other friends who are thinking about it too. Ya'll need to DO IT!! :-) I don't wanna be the only grumpy one this month! Ha!

yesterdays workout was setting up and tearing down our campus in hendersonville.
today will be yard work. lots of yard work.

YES! That counts Tam! I remember being WORN OUT after setting up and tearing down before CP got their main building. And I'm always sore after yard work. Moving your muscles is what counts I think!
