Starting to see a difference... slightly.

Day 8 of my self-imposed torture with my "31 days of exercise".   Yesterday I attempted to go to a Pilates class, but got mesmerized by watching the Kony 2012 video (which I posted on a separate post below), and totally missed it.  BUT, I did drag myself to the gym and did 30 mins of cardio on the treadmill.  Tonight I'm going to do a work-out video at home.

It is SLIGHT, but I actually think I see a small difference beginning to occur in my body shape.  No weight loss yet.  I actually think I might have gained a pound, but I know that muscle weighs more than fat so everyone says that's why I might appear slightly smaller, yet be heavier.  I have to reiterate here that I am not doing this exercise thing to lose weight.  (Although I sure wouldn't be upset if that happened in the process).  I'm doing it to feel better.  And although I don't know that I feel much better yet, I surely don't feel worse.

No pain, no gain, right?

UPDATE:  Have I mentioned how much I love "Faithful Workouts".... did one of those workouts at home again.  They are AWESOME!!
